Street Fashion. East Coast.

There is a debate about the validity of East Coast Style. Some argue that the fashion in Atlantic Canada is dated when compared to Montreal, not as hip as the outfits worn by the lamest Torontarians, nor as decked out in stylish, costly, wind resistant North Face gear like our Pacific ocean loving counterparts in British Columbia.

Others, more in the know, assert that East Coast street fashion has it's own flair, its own "Je ne sais quoi". This blog will highlight street fashion, photography, art, textiles, local band interviews, and chitchat with designers in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island.

In the next few weeks expect blogs about spring fashion, brief interviews with Indie designers participating in the catwalk PEI fashion show, and random thoughts on the upcoming Back Alley Disc Show featuring an exhibit of street fashion photography.

Here's hoping you love, luff, lurve it.
